Passenger transportation as a Common Carrier over Irregular Routes, providing service in the Cities of Alexandria, Charlottesville, Chesapeake, Colonial Heights, Danville, Emporia, Fairfax, Falls Church, Franklin, Fredericksburg, Hampton, Harrisonburg, Hopewell, Lynchburg, Manassas, Manassas Park, Newport News, Norfolk, Petersburg, Poquoson, Portsmouth, Richmond, Staunton, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Waynesboro, and Williamsburg, Virginia, and the Counties of Albemarle, Amelia, Amherst, Appomattox, Arlington, Augusta, Brunswick, Buckingham, Campbell, Caroline, Charles City, Charlotte, Chesterfield, Culpeper, Cumberland, Dinwiddie, Essex, Fairfax, Fauquier, Fluvanna, Gloucester, Goochland, Greene, Greensville, Halifax, Hanover, Henrico, Isle of Wight, James City, King and Queen, King George, King William, Lancaster, Loudoun, Louisa, Lunenburg, Madison, Mathews, Mecklenburg, Middlesex, Nelson, New Kent, Northumberland, Nottoway, Orange, Pittsylvania, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Prince George, Prince William, Rappahannock, Richmond, Rockingham, Southampton, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Surry, Sussex, Warren, Westmoreland, and York, Virginia and; 2. The transportation of Medicaid recipients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Carrier as defined in Section 46.2-2000 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.

Toute contestation accompagnée de preuves pertinentes sera examinée avec soin par le DMV. Toutefois, le DMV se réserve le droit de décider, à sa seule discrétion, si une audience est justifiée au vu du bien-fondé de la contestation déposée.
